TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY

�16,000 -�17,000 Per Annum

I am looking to recruit a Accounts payable Non - Trade Accounts assistant for my client on a temp to perm basis.

You will be expected to support the Accounts department to include

Provide general administration support
Maintain the integrity of the accounts payable ledger
Maintaining archived records
Deal effectively and efficiently with supplier and branch enquiries
Gain authorisation and accurately code all non trade invoices in preparation for processing
Manage Non Trade proforma payments requested by the branches, initiating proforma through to invoice matching and cash allocation
Action statement reviews each month as required with the agreed SLAs

The ideal applicant will be competent user of Microsoft packages, intermediate level of excel and competent in financial software packages such as M3. Good written and numeracy skills and a good team player. You will be required to work within SLA's and in return you will be given the opportunity to develop and grow within the role with progression within the company.
