Accounts Payable Analyst

Coventry

We are currently recruiting for an experience Accounts Payable Analyst to join a leading automotive company. The role of the Accounts Payable team is to ensure that suppliers of the business are paid accurately and on a timely basis following established validation processes and norms.

Accountabilities

·  Accounts Payable activities within the team including invoice processing, payments, Supplier Statement reconciliations

·  Ensure Suppliers are paid to contractual terms which includes liaising with internal business and external customers to resolve queries in a timely manner

·  Support and provide cover for AP Team members

·  Liaise with and provide support/advice to the Business on best practise

·  Support process improvement and efficiency to transform Accounts Payable into a best in class operation.

Competencies and Qualifications

·  Experience within an Accounts Payable team is essential.

·  Good communication skills - ability to develop effective working relationships across the business and with 3rd parties

·  Flexible and proactive approach with a high degree of self-motivation

·  Ability to work under demanding time scales and be results driven
