Do you have experience with Sage? Have you worked within accounts previously?

If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established Company who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team.

Requirements :

·  Must have sage experience

Duties:

·  Produce sales invoices

·  Reconciliations of inter company sales/purchase ledger

·  Assist with controlling purchase ledger

·  Petty cash entries and reconciliation

·  Processing of transactions, which include customer receipts/supplier payments

·  Updating sales/purchase ledger, ensuring they are reconciled on a regular basis.

·  Other ad hoc duties such as filing, answering the phone, monitoring the central accounts inbox

Location: Dover

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Working days: Monday to Friday

Hours: full time
