Accounts Assistant - Part time 9am - 3pm (may have some flexibility for the right candidate) - 10 - 12 month maternity cover.
Our client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their accounts department. This is an opportunity for a candidate that has experience within an accounts department. The role is Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm
*Sales and Purchase Ledger experience
*Credit control - calling approx. 60 - 80 customers chasing payments
*Dealing with customer accounts queries
*Entering of cash books
*Reconciliation of customers and suppliers bank accounts
*Dealing with supplier payments
*Payroll processing including overtime, sickness and absence
*Managing time and absence
*Experienced Accounts Assistant
*Experience of Sage Accounts
*Experience of Sage Payroll
*Experience using Excel, Word and Emails
*High degree of accuracy
*Strong focus on deadlines
*Ability to work under pressure
