Accounts Assistant (Commercial Properties)

Manchester City Centre (Free Onsite City Centre Parking)

Monday - Friday - 9:00AM - 5:30PM

£18,000 - £21,000

I am currently recruiting for a growing and hugely successful commercial property business based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, they are looking to add a enthusiastic and motivated individual to be a part of the friendly team. They now have exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join them, you will be responsible for:

Duties

-Accurately inputting and processing invoices and resolving any queries

-Completing bank & inter-company reconciliations

-Processing Inter-company payments & other procedures as needed.

-Completing VAT returns

-Ad-hoc accountancy tasks as required

-Working closely with the team and management to resolve any invoice discrepancies.

-Ad-Hoc responsibilities when required, i.e. cover for absent colleagues, administrative duties ect.

What we are looking for

-Previous working experience within Accounts (Purchase Ledger Assistant, Accounts Admin, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant ect..)

-Worked within Property Services or has knowledge/interest in Commercial Property Services.

-Motivated to succeed and take more responsibility as the role grows.

-Excellent computer skills - Sage 50, CRM systems, Microsoft package including Excel usage.

-Hardworking with excellent attention to detail.

-Friendly and able to work individually and as part of an team.
