Accounts Assistant and Administrator - Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Contacting suppliers for invoices and statements
- Posting of all invoices onto the system for month end deadlines
- Monthly Payment Runs
- Batching Invoices
- Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
- Monthly preparation of accounts for payment
- Reconciliation of all supplier statements for month end deadlines
- Cross train with other team members in the department to ensure all roles can be covered whilst on annual leave etc.
- Monthly cheque payments
- Ensure filing is up to date at all times
- Preparation of Month End Accrual
- Year-end duties / fulfil Audit requests for Accounts Payable
- General Office & Accounts Duties as required

Candidates to have the following requirements:

- 1-2 years Plus Accounts Experience
- 2+ years Administration Skills
- Numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong IT and keyboard skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be both versatile and a team player
- Experience working in an office environment desirable
- Fluent English: both written and spoken
- Strong Administration Skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
