If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with a well-established Company who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding team.

Requirements :

·  Experience within a previous account's role

·  Sage

·  Excel

·  Good attention to detail

·  Can use own initiative

Duties:

·  Monthly petty cash reconciliations - entering data onto weekly spreadsheets.

·  Payroll (30 members of staff) - issue of weekly clocking in cards, calculation of weekly hours into the payroll system and calculation of payroll

·  Credit control

·  Supplier invoices

·  Entering supplier invoices onto the system

·  Entering supplier payments onto the system

·  Entering customer receipt onto system

·  Deal with queries

·  Completion of holiday forms / collate holiday and absence data and complete absence records

·  Completion of P46s and P45s

·  Administration - answering the telephone, dealing with contracts, paperwork

·  Spreadsheets

·  Ordering stationary

·  Other ad hoc duties as requested by the managing director/finance manager

Location: Canterbury

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

Working days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9am - 5pm
