We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based within the Havant area.

The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own as well as being part of a team, you must have strong attention to detail and previous accounts experience is required.

Duties:

·  Reconciliation

·  Purchase ledger

·  Credit control

·  Maintain and update Holidays

·  Maintain and update spreadsheets relating to various invoices

·  Ordering and maintaining stationary supply's

·  Reconcile purchase ledger statements and request copies when needed

·  Run monthly supplier cheque run

·  Sales ledger and purchase ledger duties

·  General admin

·  Take calls from customers

·  Keep records up to date

·  Maintain accurate filing
