Accounts Assistant

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne - NE6

Duration: temporary - on going

Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join a reputable and successful Company who continue to thrive and grow. To ensure invoices flow through SAP/ RBP system in a timely manner to achieve payment on time and speedy resolution of queries from within the business.

Participate in implementation of controls and systems to improve the reporting of financial and commercial information as required.

Support in the Cost Control and Management of all cost centres by ensuring all posted transactions are accurate which can in turn generate reliable Analysis and planning figures for driving improvements.

Skills

To work within a team environment and also independently

be able to explain and document progress of queries/ workload with the Finance Manager as required.

Should also be able to identify problems,

updating or modifications to support our Lean concept within own function.

Will have sound understanding of financial world and have experience of SAP and payables processes.
