Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their small, friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.
The role will involve:
-Dealing with administrative paperwork
-Dealing with sales invoices
-Maintaining sales ledger
-Liaising with other departments and ensuring that orders and processed
-Statements & credits
-Dealing with office post
The ideal candidate will:
-Have a background in an Accounts position
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
-Be a friendly, vibrant individual who works well as part of a team
This role will be full time Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. The odd weekend shift may be required during busy periods but this will not be regular.
A full UK driving licence is essential due to the location of the company.
