My client a technology company based in Langley are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Hours of work are 8:30am - 5:30pm.
The position of the Accounts Assistant is to be responsible for the smooth running of the accounts department. Duties will include all aspects relating to the company's finances and administration and any other duties as directed by the Finance & Administration Manager.
· An AAT diploma or similar qualification
· Experience on Sage 50 Accounts
· Driving licence
· Previous experience in accounts. Book keeping, purchase orders sales orders banking, petty cash.
· Good communication skills, including phone calls
· Taking phone calls from the customers in regard to sales
· Personal qualities: team work, approachable, friendly, and persistent
