My client based in Redhill is looking for a accounts assistant ideally with some experience!
JOB OVERVIEW: This Accounts Administrator is responsible for assisting in the smooth and
efficient running of the accounts department, ensuring that all company
work instructions and guidelines are followed.
Posting of all purchase order invoices and overhead invoices as required.
Clearing invoice cockpits daily.
Dealing with internal purchase invoice queries and resolving them in a timely manner.
Maintaining accounts office filing and archiving.
Ensure that Supplier accounts are reconciled monthly including inter-company agreements.
Assisting the Finance Manager and Management Team with other assignments where
