Adecco's client based in Rushden are seeking a Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team on a maternity contract.
Maintain Sales Ledger, Debtors terms and conditions and credit control
Ensure daily invoices are raised and emailed out
Ensure monthly statements are emailed out
Contact debtors for payment of outstanding invoices
Prepare the deposit and go to bank
Support manual entries in the ERP system (payables and others)
Support controller in intercompany and month end transaction
Ensure proper pricing are maintained in the ERP system according to the external price list
Ensure the inventory count is done at month end and the proper quantity are
