Our client is one of the UK's leading independent companies within a growth sector. They have an exciting opportunity to offer a long term temporary booking to a committed and professional accounts assistant.
Key Areas of Responsibility
*Raising new sales/purchase accounts
*Daily inputting of sales & purchase invoices to the finance system
*General ledger maintenance.
*Processing of sales invoices, expenses and credit card claims.
*Filing, archiving and photocopying of invoices, statements etc.
*Supplier/Customer invoice queries
*Understanding of Purchase ledger processes i.e. order, delivery notes, booking goods in.
*Any other duties relating to the business as instructed by the General Manager or Head of Department.
*Please note this is a temporary contract due to last up to December 2017

*Organised and able to deal with multiple workloads and queries at the same time
*Ability to be able to prioritise tasks
*Be able to accurately process documentation
*Ability to interact with other departments
*Confident when dealing with customers /telephone queries
