I am currently working with a well known local client who is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their small team on a full time basis.
The Accounts Assistant assumes responsibility for the day to day processing of the financial information for the company as well as the upkeep of the Purchase Ledger.
The main duties include:
- Generating weekly reports
- Upkeep of the Sales Ledger including credit control procedures
- Completion of weekly reconciliation of inter company transactions
- Generating monthly reports for the Financial Controller, as well as performing month end duties
- Data processing
The ideal candidate will have experience in the use of Sage software packages as well as previous experience working in accounts- minimum of 2 years.
