My client based in Sandbach is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their established business. This would be on a temporary to permanent basis reporting to their Financial Controller. The ideal accounts assistant will have previous experience in a similar role and preferably be AAT qualified, although proven experience will be taken into account.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for numbers, problem solving, accuracy and skills in calculating figures is vital, as is adeptness at paying attention to detail. You will ensure the accuracy of all ledgers in particular working within credit control company policy.

You will be a consistent team player, have the ability to multitask, to be discreet, reliable and trustworthy with good initiative and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities to include;
*Maintaining computerised systems
*Cash/cheque allocation
*Credit Control
*Supplier payments
*Managing and processing foreign exchange payments
*Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
*Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
*Reconciliation of Direct Debit mandates
*Managing purchase ledger
*Purchase order processing

Working hours 40 hours per week. This role is expected to become permanent after 12 weeks which will then offer a salary of �19k. Immediate interviews available and immediate start.
