An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading, growing company on the outskirts of Nantwich. My client is looking for a pro-active, forward thinking individual to join their busy, friendly accounts team. Duties will include:
*Sales Ledger/Sales order invoicing, allocating payments
*Dealing with customer/supplier enquiries
*Cash Management & Banking
*Credit control, chasing overdue balances
*Purchase Ledger, supplier reconciliations and making payments.
*Collating of purchase and sales analysis for reporting purposes
*Liaise throughout all departments to assist with accounting processes
*Any other admin duties as required within the department
*Ability tom prioritise tasks and work to specific deadlines
*Ability to communicate effectively with the ability to handle all matters confidentially
*IT literate, MS Office including Excel and Word. Knowledge of Sage would be desirable.
*Conscientious, self motivated and able to apply initiative
*Possess excellent analytical and organisation skills with good attention to detail.
*Ability to interact effectively within team and other departments
*Sound decision making and problem solving skills
