We are looking for an experienced accounts administrator to join a team an established team based in Maldon. This will initially be a temporary role but will then be a 1 year maternity cover.
Due to the timely manor of the start date you will need to be available immediately.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in the following
* Management of a large purchase Ledger
* Account Reconciliation
* Managing account managers expenses
*Setting up new suppliers and vetting details
* Chasing VAT payments
* Other adhoc accounts duties as needed.
You will be working as part of a team where everyone shares the work load.
Knowledge of Excel is crucial and Sage would be beneficial.
Due to the location of the client you will need to have access to your own vehicle.
I you are successfully selected for this role you will need to come into our offices in Chelmsford for a face to face interview before being put forward to our client.
