York city centre
3 months - On going
�8.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
*Traffic violation admin - logging PCN's, paying fines, invoicing customers, representations.
*Car sales admin - requesting settlements, clearances and printing off invoices.
*Set up direct debits for new customers - on Bacs, recording on Sage.
*Allocations - Sales ledger
*Covering the accounts admin emails - printing out invoices, forwarding queries onto relevant people.
*Covering the remittances email - printing out remittances
*Updating card details (on new database 'ALFI') - contacting customers for new card details.
*Filing.
*Be confident in handling any accounts calls / taking call backs.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30-5

*Good with processes
*Attention to detail
*Proficient on emails
