Our client based in Redhill is looking for a Accounts Administrator ideally with some experience!
JOB OVERVIEW: This Accounts Administrator is responsible for assisting in the smooth and
efficient running of the accounts department, ensuring that all company
work instructions and guidelines are followed.
�Posting of all purchase order invoices and overhead invoices as required.
�Clearing invoice cockpits daily.
�Dealing with internal purchase invoice queries and resolving them in a timely manner.
�Maintaining accounts office filing and archiving.
�Ensure that Supplier accounts are reconciled monthly including inter-company agreements.
�Assisting the Finance Manager and Management Team with other assignments where
