My Client is a supportive and long established family business . They are currently looking to fill the position of Accounts Administrator requiring candidates with an excellent background in accounts and finance, to assist in the running of their diverse and exciting business.
Join our friendly team with the responsibility of managing the financial aspects of the business, analysing profits and streamlining systems. This is an exciting oppertunity for a creative accounts expert to make their mark and help build the success of our reputable firm.
Day to day activities of the position may include
· Management of sales ledger, purchase ledger and nominal ledger
· Maintenance of existing relationships with clients
· Payroll
· Cashflow forecasting and analysis
· Production of timely and accurate month end accounts
· Ordering of sundries
· Process payment runs
Required Skills
· Comfortable with using Sage 50 accounts software
· Excellent attention to detail
· AAT qualified
· Good written and oral communication
· Able to work in both in a team and on your own
Hours
· Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm
