Role:

As Finance Administrator working closely with a small and busy Finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial operations of the business are performed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
This role provides a unique opportunity for somebody who is looking for broad finance/accounting experience and who would like the opportunity to improve processes and add value to the business.

Duties:
perform daily sales administration, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other finance related administrations tasks.

perform reconciliations, and provide support to the Finance Controller as and when required.

Sales Administration - calculating, raising and sending invoices to customers on monthly or quarterly basis.

Accounts Receivables - Credit Control including running sales aging reports, issuing statements, sending out payment reminder emails and follow up phone calls.

Accounts Payables - Logging, scanning and uploading invoices against purchase orders.

Setting up new suppliers, creating purchase orders, reviewing expense claim forms, dealing with internal and external queries, and assisting with systems testing.

Reconciliations - Assisting the Finance Controller with performing reconciliations to ensure reliable and accurate management reporting.

Skills:
Experienced Finance Administrator
Ability to quickly learn and use in-house financial systems.
Ability to perform reconciliations, identify errors and find solutions to problems.
Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to enhance existing worksheets.
Excellent Communication skills with experience in dealing with both internal and external customers via phone and email.
High degree of organisational skills, methodical, and attention to detail
Self-motivated with focus on continuous improvement.
Experience in working with multiple currencies.
Ability to work on own as well as a team.
