Accounts administrator:
*Ordering for the airfreight for SUPERMARKETS (DUBAI) every week
*Ordering for sea freight for SUPERMARKETS (DUBAI) when requested
*Arranging for dispatch of consignments
*Preparing relevant export documentation
*Preparing Debit Notes as per consignments and Credit notes as per claims
*Deal with discrepancies with suppliers
*Sourcing suppliers/products for SUPERMARKETS (DUBAI)
*Payments to suppliers (preparation of payment batches)
(Beauty Division)
*Arranging for collection of orders from specific suppliers from Europe when requested
*Arranging for dispatch of orders
*Preparing Debit notes as per consignments
*Payments to suppliers (preparation of payment batches)
OTHER DEPARTMENTS:
*Preparation of Debit notes
*Payment of suppliers
*Arranging for documentation and transport for individual shipments when requested
OTHER:
*Bank entries
