We are an award winning global freight forwarding company, located in the Dudley/Tipton area, and have been established for over 30 years. Due to expansion, we have 2 exciting new openings for Customer Service/Account Managers to join our European and Deep Sea Shipping teams.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
This is a varied role which requires excellent communication skills, and problem solving is essential. Day-to-day duties involve speaking to customers, negotiating transportation rates, preparing quotations, placing bookings, taking ownership of bookings from initial quotation stage through to completion.
Skills/Experience Required:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Negotiation skills
· Customer Service/Account Management experience
· Planning and organisational skills
· Teamwork
· Problem solving skills
· IT skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Freight industry experience (not essential)
