This is an exciting opportunity for an additional Account Manager to join our rapidly growing client in Chelmsford. You will be responsible for:
· Processing new accounts.
· Provide sales support and advise to customers via all communication channels.
· Deal with customer account queries in an efficient manner.
· Identify products and up selling these where appropriately.
· Manage key accounts
· Update and maintain knowledge at all times on new and existing products.
· Produce reports to other departments and management.
· Undertake all administration for the department.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 year's sales experience. Strong communication and the ability to work within a target driven environment. The office environment has a relaxed dress code and a strong team working ethos.
Salary £17,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours 8.00 - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
20 days holiday plus 3 days at Christmas (+ bank holidays)
