Working for a global organisation based in the diagnostics field, this is an exciting opportunity to commence a customer facing role using your administrative skills.

Based at a clients site in Slough, the duties include identifying and responding to customer enquiries, including determining the nature of the call and providing a first point of contact for the customer. The position also involves initiating outgoing calls to resolve customer requests for service. Liaison with other internal staff to resolve service enquiries and issues, service scheduling and processing, including using SAP for order management. Administrative duties to coordinate and document customer service activity.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer focus together with excellent administrative skills and experience. A desire to provide high levels of customer service and good communication skills are also essential. A scientific background would also be useful.
