HR Business Partner

3 Month Temporary Role

£18.49/hour

Full Time hours (Monday - Friday)

We have a new and exciting role for an Interim HR Business Partner to join a well established team. Though our client is based in Chelmsford, this role would suit a car driver due to location. Parking is provided.

Do you have experience in L&D?

Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships?

Are you experienced at managing or mentoring staff?

Do you have excellent ICT skills?

This is a 3 month temporary opportunity for an Interim HR Business Partner.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·  Support roll-outs of ongoing projects

·  Develop and implement new initiatives

·  Research, write reports and data analysis

·  Deliver presentations

·  Negotiate and work with training partners

·  Ability to manage budgets and ROIs
