Customer Service Advisor - 3 month Contract
Hours: Average of 35 hours per week covering from 8am to 9pm

*Taking inbound technical service calls from customers
*Providing an excellent level of customer service and a positive experience
*Deliver technical advice to callers assisting with diagnosing problems
*Logging all information on the data base
*Liaising with the other teams and advisors
*Keep you to date with all training

Ideal candidate:
*Customer Service experience
*Excellent telephone manner
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident
*PC literate
