2nd Line IT Support role with development - £25,000
If your job needs an upgrade then look no further. My client is looking for a new 2nd Line IT Support assistant based in Marlborough to join their team.
My client is a IT Support and managed IT Solutions for businesses of all sizes. They strive to give their clients Enterprise-level services and solutions at prices that work for any business.
Duties will include:
· To support with email and password queries
· To assist in the building and testing of PC's
· Install operating systems and other software.
· Interrogate data on PC / Servers.
· Troubleshoot IT equipment and repair where possible.
· To ensure test equipment is organised and in working order
· General administrative duties such as maintaining a clean workshop.
· Setting up IT equipment using driver software and other tools.
· To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Company

Requirements and prospects
You need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, and a basic knowledge of Windows 7/ and 10, Microsoft Office. A basic understanding of hardware/software, and networking skills would also be an advantage.
You will need a keen interest to develop a career in information technology with a willingness to get involved to learn new skills and technologies. Problem solving and great organisation skill are definite plus.
