Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Technician at a leading organisation based in Chesterfield.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a 2nd Line IT support role and be available immediately.

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include:

- Solving a wide range of IT issues and incidents
- Supporting desktop infrastructure
- Installing and troubleshooting hardware and software where necessary
- Building PC's
- Incident handling and management

This is full time role on a temporary contract with a leading local organisation

Working hours are 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday
