We are currently recruiting for a number of IT helpdesk/first line support positions with this Beeston area.
This role doesn't require specific IT Helpdesk experience as training will be provided, the ideal candidate will be:
- IT Literate
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to learn new systems with training
- Customer service experience
This will be a 6 month position offering 40 hours per week and paying �7.70 per hour.
During your first 4 weeks whilst undergoing training you will be working from Monday to Friday for a total of 40hours from 8.00am to 4.45pm
After your 4 weeks training you will then move on to a 7 day rota system so will need to be available to work weekends. The hours will vary between 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 6.00pm on a Saturday and 8.00am to 5.00pm on a Sunday. If you work a day at the weekend, you will have a day off in the week.
