Adecco Sheffield are currently recruiting a number of temporary 1st Line Support Analysts for a leading company within the Retail industry.
Roles are for a duration of either 3 or 8 months.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Remote assistance over the phone to customers
- Ensuring incidents are logged correctly detailing the following:
- Initial issue
- What diagnostics took place
- Outcome
- Whether the issue was escalated further
- Working towards agreed SLA's
- Closing calls on the service desk
Working hours are on a rota basis over 7 days between the hours of 7:30am & 6:30pm with a salary of £10.11 per hour plus £1.50 per hour shift allowance.
