Role and Responsibilities
To provide first and second line IT support on a busy IT help desk.
� Taking calls from internal customers in a professional manor with focus on customer service.
� Capturing and logging key detail in the IT help desk software.
� Where possible and appropriate resolving issues immediately whilst on the call.
� Working through open tickets on the IT help desk.
� Escalating problems to senior colleagues when resolution is proving difficult.

Citrix VDI & VPN
