My Sandbach based client is looking for an experienced 1ST LINE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN.
Able to follow script and rectify IT problems for customers, if the problem cannot be rectified then it would be escalated to 2nd Line Support.
Working hours: MON - FRI 9-5 + POSS 1 SAT PER MONTH
