1st Line Support based in Sutton Coldfield
�15000 - 16000 dependant upon experience.

Adecco Sutton Coldfield are currently looking to recruit a 1st line support operator
Duties to include:

Answering the phone up to 130 calls per day
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Logging calls
Attention to detail and accuracy
Working from a script

You will be given on going training and the opportunity to progress within the business, the ideal applicant will have a keen interest in computers and/or software packages.
