We are currently recruiting, for the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the IT Industry(web search engine, mail provider, web services, hardware products ecc.), based in Milan, a:

Support Sales Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities
The Support Sales Operations Program Manager (SOPM) is responsible to support execution across the following areas:

Drive Sales Operations: Support Sales operations planning process, using qualitative and quantitative methods, across Segmentation, Territory Planning and Quota distribution, FastStart and Blueprint.

Drive Operational Quality: Drive high-quality, cross-segment sales programs and execution support (tools, processes, information) for Allocation/ Disputes, Oppty & Annuity, Pipeline etc.

Provide Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights about Sales operational execution.

Qualifications
+3 years related experience.
• Strong analytical skills
• Superior communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to structure complex topics/situations and build frameworks to deal with them.
• History of driving rigor and sales discipline
• Experience within Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Program Management and/or Finance
• Focus on providing permanent process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome.
• Delivery of end-to-end data analysis & “light ups” actionable strategic insights
• Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business.
• Deep knowledge on business processes, sales operations & programs, and execution
• Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecards, and other relevant business performance measurements
• Bachelor’s degree required and/or experience in relevant fields, eg business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.

We offer fixed term contract (end of June) with possible extension.
