German (Paid) Journalism, PR & Marketing Internship

** JOB DESCRIPTION**

This is a great opportunity to start a career in marketing and PR with an agency in the most exciting and fastest growing field of technology and marketing – Internet Search Marketing. We are looking for candidates who are native German speakers.

The office is based in High Barnet, North London, United Kingdom.

**JOB SPEC**

You will learn how to handle content creation, journalist outreach, link building, and marketing for live client projects and how to pitch to journalists and writers on popular news and blog sites. This is a great stepping stone to begin a career in SEO and Online PR or journalism.

Your work in this position will contribute to the process of promoting our clients’ brands and websites through online PR. You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with influential journalists, bloggers and other site owners. To this effect, your work will focus on creating content and press releases, reaching out to influences and distributing content to various online publications. You will also be able to continually identify new avenues to promote our clients’ websites and brands.

Candidates with prior PPC Management experience on Google AdWords, Twitter or Facebook advertising may also be tasked with managing some client advertising accounts.

All of the work will be done in German and English, but you will be working with a team of European language speakers.

**REQUIREMENTS**

• Native German speaker & writer
• Excellent written English
- your German & English writing skills will be tested

• You must enjoy writing
• You must be confident in your ability to write about any subject we throw at you
• You must be very comfortable with use of all Internet technologies

**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Preferred)**

• Prior blogging experience would be great!
• Understanding of or experience with link building

**EXPENSES PAID**
• This is a paid position, with a salary commensurate with experience.
• Required to start full-time in January.
• Potential to turn into a permanent job.
