Job description

Key tasks

- Support the Wellness Manager on the daily operations and efficiency of the wellness facilities.
- Maintains close contact with guests, receiving feedback regarding the operation of the Wellness Center.
- Offers suggestions and makes recommendations on ideas for improving Wellness services.
- Tracks participation of Wellness Center guests in booked activities
- Upsell Wellness Journeys and Integrative Therapies options to hotel guests and walk-in customers
- Handling all guest inquiries and journey bookings in an accurate and efficient manner
- Leads Meditation classes and Health Workshops (Training and materials will be provided)
- Support on the preparation of wellness juices/smoothies and help with ordering fruits, herbs and vegetables, P&L.
- Support on delegate tasks for therapists for smooth operation
- Answering telephone calls and reply to email inquiries
- Maintaining a good relationship with guests and team
- Support and ensure smooth operation, cleanliness, and maintenance of the entire Wellness facility.
