Key tasks

Position Summary: Performs second daily service in guest rooms to meet the standards of the hotel and exceed guest expectations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet the guest and offer service if room is occupied
• Remove throw pillows and turndown duvet
• Change linen on bed if heavily soiled
• Remove trash
• Add bottled water to room in number of guest occupancy
• Place room amenities to Turndown Standard as trained
• Wipe sink vanity, remove dirty towels on floor and supply with fresh towels and amenities adhering to the training that has been provided
• Able to lift, bend, push up to 25 pounds.

3. speed/efficiently of turn down service

Qualifications: Education/Experience/Skills required of the Position.
4. Previous hotel experience preferred
5. Understand and speak English
6. High School diploma or equivalent preferred
