Job Description
We are seeking a Tech Rollout Expert to support and deploy the hotel IT environment for Accor properties. Join our Hospitality Technical team and bring your expertise to hotel infrastructure projects in a dynamic, multinational setting.
What will you do?
· Deploy, configure and troubleshoot IT hotel environments (network, server, end-user devices)
· Follow Accor installation and security standards for all tech projects
· Liaise with internal teams and certified external partners for smooth rollouts
· Ensure timely project delivery and effective project handover
· Share IT knowledge and solutions within the Hospitality Tech team.
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Hospitality
· Minimum 3 years’ hands-on IT experience; hospitality background preferred
· In-depth knowledge: network, hardware, cloud, Microsoft suite, Windows, PMS/POS
· Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
· Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach
· Fluency in English
