Job Description

·  Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure
·  Anticipate guest’s needs and takes them into consideration
·  Handles guest’s complaints and/or remarks, provides a response as soon as possible, respecting the Ibis 15 minute contract.
·  Complete all tasks linked to the guest’s arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures
·  Handles phone calls
·  Handles reservations
·  Prepare snacks and breakfast outside of restaurant hoursRespect the procedures concerning invoicing and banking.
·  Respect the hotel’s commitment to the ‘Environment charter’ (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste)
·  Ensure the work place is clean and tidy.
·  Ensure the safety of people and property within the hotel

Qualifications

·  Good knowledge of windows
·  Fluent in the local language; English
·  Team spirit
·  Capable of being a lone worker or with the team
