Job description

Key tasks

• Responsible for the smooth functioning and for the satisfactory rooming and welfare of all guests of Ibis Bengaluru City Centre
• Responsible for Reception, Telephones, Hospitality and Cashier
• Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated work
• Ensure to interact with the guests & enable the team to understand guest requirements
• Exceed guest expectations in quality and service of food products
• Any matter which may effect the interests of Ibis Bengaluru City Centre should be brought to the attention of the Management
• Responsible for maintaining high level of room sales, by up-selling
• Ensure that the log book is maintained
• Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures & policies
