Job description

Key tasks

Ensure to upgrade & update with the trends, practices and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service in the assigned outlet.
Ensure to set up the equipment and prepare mise-en-place in accordance with policy.
Ensure on a daily basis that all the amenities are properly arranged prior to service.
Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of the team engaged in the operations of the department.
Assist the Outlet Manager to maintain and update corporate database, entering delegate bookings to ensure delegate information/ records are kept up to date and accurate for future events.
Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the services.
Ensure to train the team according to established procedures and also ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.

Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
Languages essential English (Primary tongue)
Optional languages Hindi (Primary tongue)

Essential and optional requirements

BHM/DHM with prior work experience of 2 - 4 Yrs in midscale hotels.
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Confident in situation handling
Hands on experience in micros
