Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter or Waitress to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

·  Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
·  Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items
·  Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
·  Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
·  Ensure tables are set up correctly and the dining area is clean and organized
·  Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
·  Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
·  Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
·  Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and any changes
·  Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
·  Assist in side work duties such as rolling silverware and restocking service areas

Qualifications

·  Must be a Saudi National eligible for the Tamayyaz Program
·  Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant experience
·  Basic English language skills required
·  Strong passion for the hospitality industry
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Team player with a positive attitude
·  Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
·  Customer-focused with the ability to remain calm and courteous in fast-paced environments
·  Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
·  Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
·  Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
·  Detail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining a clean and organized dining area
