Job Description

· 
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.

· 
Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

· 
Prepare and publish job advertisements on job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms.

· 
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment databases.

· 
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

· 
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· 
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.

· 
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

· 
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

· 
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

· 
Assist in onboarding new employees and completing hiring documentation

Qualifications

· 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 
2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

· 
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.

· 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· 
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

· 
Good organizational and time-management skills.

· 
Familiarity with ATS systems and HR software is a plus.
