Daventry Court Hotel are seeking a Supervisor!

Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis on a varied shift pattern, this is a full time position primarily working within our Conference & Banqueting department.

Reporting to the Conference & Banqueting Manager, you will be enthusiastic, positive, flexible and passionate. You will liaise with event organisers to ensure that conferences are set up to their preferences, as well as ensuring brand standards are met. Meet and Greets are essential to this role, as well as the ability to host small events in the absence of the Conference & Banqueting Manager. Therefore the ability to communicate professionally and provide exceptional customer service is key.

The Supervisor will need to undertake stock control, to ensure that the Conference team have sufficient supplies to meet incoming business requirements. Engaging with other employees and colleagues is important, as you will overseeing the Conference & Banqueting Assistants on the Manager’s days off.

During quiet times in the Conference & Banqueting department, you will be expected to work in the Restaurant & Bar – experience in this area is desirable but not expected
