Key tasks

At NOVOTEL London Greenwich we are now seeking to recruit an experienced and talented Sous Chef de Cuisine who is very passionate about food and has the talent to prepare and contribute to the demanding production of the highest possible food quality in the delegated section at all times, and to co-ordinate and be responsible for staff in the delegated section.
All production will be carried out in line with appropriate food portion controls.
Work within the Novotel London Greenwich guidelines and service concepts
In order to apply with us you must have the following :
- you have worked at least as a Sous Chef de Cuisine level previously
- Experience in a busy kitchen with either banqueting or fine dine experience desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience within a quality fresh food environment
- The passion for producing dishes to an excellent standard
- Current Food Hygiene Certificate - preferable, not essential
- 2 x References
- Proof of Eligibility to Work (Passport/Visa/Birth Certificate)
You will be using the latest equipment and working on a friendly environment with in high standards of quality and guess service all the time.
You will work within a dedicated team of Chefs and be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in an International Company.
