Our hotel offers luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining experiences, and world-class event facilities with 12 event spaces, and several dining venues including Goldfinch Restaurant, and our Award Winning Rooftop Bar, Sixteen Antlers.

Job Description

Your new role

As the Special Events Executive you will be responsible for proactively securing event bookings for Sixteen Antlers, our iconic rooftop city bar.  You will play a crucial role in developing and executing special events strategies, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and generating new opportunities. 

Key responsibilities:

·  Proactively identify and capitalize on event sales opportunities to surpass revenue targets for Sixteen Antlers.
·  Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry professionals to drive repeat business and referrals.
·  Collaborate with the hotel's marketing and operations teams to create compelling collateral and promotional materials.
·  Conduct site inspections and provide clients with detailed information on Sixteen Antlers.
·  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, & market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
·  Monitor and analyse events performance metrics, providing regular reports to management. 


About you

·  Experience in the Hospitality service industry,  
·  Proven track record in sales, within a similar type of establishment 
·  A drive to succeed 
·  Excellent communication & superior negotiation skills.
·  Strong customer service orientation & an ability to build and maintain relationships.
·  Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·  Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
·  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
