Job Description

As a Spa Therapist, you will take the lead in creating exceptional wellness experiences, ensuring every guest leaves feeling relaxed, refreshed and cared for.

·  Deliver massages, facials and wellness treatments with 5-star service standards.
·  Create a serene, welcoming spa environment where guests feel valued and relaxed.
·  Offer tailored product and treatment recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
·  Maintain professional hygiene, safety and presentation standards.
·  Handle guest inquiries and feedback with calm, professional care.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

·  Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage, or Certificate IV in Massage.
·  Previous spa or wellness experience highly desirable.
·  Skilled in massage techniques, wellness practices and product knowledge.
·  Calm, professional and guest-focused with strong attention to detail.
·  Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
·  Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
