Spa Manager

M Spa is where tranquility meets luxury—offering guests an immersive wellness experience through expert therapies, premium facilities, and exceptional service. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our team, elevate guest experiences, and drive the success of our spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Lead daily spa operations, ensuring smooth delivery of treatments and services.
·  Manage and inspire a team of therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
·  Monitor guest satisfaction and continuously improve service standards.
·  Oversee budgeting, inventory, and revenue goals.
·  Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
·  Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to maximize bookings and retail sales.

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hospitality environment.
·  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
·  Background in wellness, hospitality, or physiotherapy is a plus.
·  Knowledge of spa software systems and KPIs.
·  Excellent communication skills and a passion for guest experience.
